Son of a saxophonist from Kansas City (Missouri). Studied Contrabass and Musical Composition at the University of Denver (Colorado).
Live gigs and/or studio recordings with Al Bano Carrisi, Chaka Khan, The Temptations, Marla Glen, Les McCann, Nana, N´Sync, the jazz trumpeters Wynton Marsalis and Ron Miles, the trombonist Fred Wesley (James Brown), the saxophonist Joseph Jarman (Art Ensemble of Chicago), the drummers Horacio Hernandez (Santana) and David Haynes (Prince).
